Allows emergency messages to be broadcast
to all citizens on various devices in a geographic area
When an emergency arises, there is no time to open the phone
books and try to figure out how to call everyone in a certain
area. RegionCast gives users the ability to visually select
an area on a map and send an emergency notification to households
in that area with the click of a button. Alternatively, the
message may be broadcast to all emergency personnel in a given
area. The software can be integrated with on-site hardware
to make the telephone calls. An outside service, which requires
no in-house hardware, is also available with annual subscription
plans based on the annual number of calls reserved.
