Supporting Reliable and Effective 9-1-1 Database Solutions
Simplifies the maintenance of accurate 9-1-1 databases
9-1-1 ALI
Provides ALI response to an ANI/ALI controller’s requests and is compatible with all leading ANI/ALI controllers. 9-1-1 ALI provides extensive reporting capabilities, including a history of all ALI requests, automatic synchronization of records on two PCs for full redundancy, automatic import of NENA standard files, flexibility in record updating-automatically or manually, and five call history (if used with a PlantCML controller).
9-1-1 Cell Module
Supports Cellular Phase I/II solutions (including J-STD-036 and E2+). Additionally, it supports the i2 NENA standard for VOIP.
9-1-1 Remarks
This solution is an enhancement to 9-1-1 ALI for multi-county/multi-PSAP locations. It provides for centralized user remarks (Supplemental ALI), entered/edited using a web browser. When a call is received, remarks are viewed on the dispatcher’s screen.
9-1-1 DBMS
DBMS is a 9-1-1 database management system designed to process service order input (SOI) files from telephone companies, to validate the files against a Master Street Address Guide (MSAG), and to update ALI computers. Users can create a Customer file, a MSAG, an ESN file, and a file of responding Agencies. Users can import and export Customer and MSAG records as well as manually add/edit records. 9-1-1 DBMS software also includes extensive reporting capabilities, audit trails, ALI computer and selective router updates, password protection, etc.
9-1-1 WebDBMS
Adds further robustness to the 9-1-1 DBMS through a web based component. WebDBMS is designed for remote updates of the MSAG, PBX user records, and read only access for telephone companies. It allows users to submit MSAG changes via a web browser. Additionally, it has an interface that allows MapSAG to submit changes directly to 9-1-1 DBMS in order to have a ‘Graphic MSAG’ solution.
